Passover Ministries - Dreams and Visions

As the following vision ended I heard the Lord say “Tell this to the gatekeepers of the City of Phoenix”. So here it is………

I was in prayer; suddenly I was in the presence of the Lord. “He said I want to show you something”.

“Many of those who pastor my sheep are like this”…….pause…..

“…many of those who pastor my sheep have a ‘myoffice’ in their church complex. In this office, they have placed their desk where they can prepare a sermon, to hold council and to counsel. They think this is a correct thing to have. They also think it is proper for a pastor to have such a place.

Here HE paused, with another very long pause. (During this long pause I began to think that the office a pastor had in a church complex is in question, by the Lord.)

He then began to speak…..”Now my friend; what is the one thing I have taught you in the last three months?”

Adoni, You have taught me that the prophets as recorded in your word (Understood as referring to the Old Testament of the Bible) were immediate pastors, sent by you when the priests and levites (your pastors) failed, in the land, to speak the Word of the Lord.

Each one was a pastor to the nation of Israel for a time to bring comfort and your words of remembrance to the people. Each time they told the people to cling to your previous words of promise you had given them.

You have taught me that you are a faithful pastor to your sheep. No matter what those in leadership do, you will pastor your sheep. You also have shown me how you came in your appointed time, within the plan of your Father. I also believe that you were also a pastor. You were sent to that generation and to those that followed. You were such a great pastor that your words of comfort and instruction still have power and authority for all those who trust in you.

“Good, that is correct. Now I will show you just how far apart you are from MY Father’s standards. When I say ‘you’ I mean those in authority.”

“What have I shown you about my methods to pastor my sheep?”

“Adoni, you have taught me that in your terms, that the care and well being of the sheep given to a pastor is the prime mission for a pastor. You have taught me that preparing a “Sunday Sermon” to give to the people is very far down on the list of things to do to shepherd your sheep.

I know that you want your shepherds to follow your example and to physically go out of the church building complex to visit all the sheep you have given them.

I know that the sheep do not come to you, but that the shepherd comes to the sheep and begins to drive them into safety by using

1. The sheepdogs of the WORD

2. And fanatical intercessory prayer on the behalf of each sheep and their families.”

“Good, that is mostly correct. You still have a ways to travel on this road of understanding.

My methods are not like what men see in the natural world around them. My methods are very effective and direct. You and the pastors that are alive in this generation use methods that barely resemble my own. All of you need to purchase more ‘eye-save’ from me.

With this ‘eye-save’ you all will see me more clearly. I appreciate that you can see me, but you are not seeing with your eyes of understanding the complete scene I am in right now in front of you. If you come into my presence and only see me, I consider that a baby step for you. You need to see me clearly and to be able to see all the details of the images around me. I stated over and over again (in the gospels) that first I saw with my eyes of understanding. Then I acted out exactly what I had seen MY FATHER do. I want you to see me and then go and do what I showed you.”

I replied “Adoni, I hear your Holy Spirit all the time now as I walk daily. I have a history of doing what you have told me to do.

He replied, “Yes, you do most of what I speak to you to perform or speak. But you and others like you and my pastors need to develop your ability to see me and then go out and do what I have shown you.

My Father and I made all of you to be more than just a blind person in the realm of the spirit. If you follow my voice then you are only using the ears of your understanding to follow me by the power of the Holy Spirit. In the work at the cross and in my resurrection there is more grace available for you to begin to walk with eyesight together with hearing. You call it ‘walking and chewing gum at the same time’.

Having an office like a business manager is not what I want my pastors to have. I never told you, any of you to copy the world’s methods. I in my prayer to MY FATHER stated that you were in the world but not from the world, as recorded in the gospels. You should use my methods and imitate me in all your daily activities and assignments that you receive from ME.

I ask you now, how did I tell you to set up your little office in your home?”

“Adoni, you told me to place all my intercessory notes on my room walls. I have taken large sheets of flip chart paper and made columns for lists of names to go on. I have also taken church bulletins for each pastor that I intercede for and place them on the wall in rows to help me pray daily for each one. I have lists of countries as well as individuals. The opposite wall is where my desk and computer is. The room I use only has two walls. There is a large window in the outside wall and the forth wall has the door into the room and the room closet built-in with sliding doors.”

“Yes I know. Now open your eyes and let me show you my office. I am now giving you the ability to see this scene properly.”

Instantly I saw the Lord standing there in the middle of a spacious room. The carpet beneath my feet was plush. I could tell it had a second pad installed to help anyone stand for long periods of time. It felt just like a trade show booth I had been in and used before. The padding was to help the booth team stand long hours on their feet with some comfort. There was a window in the back wall. It was small but very adequate to light the room. All the walls were completely covered with long lists of names with small pictures attached to each name. It looked as if the walls were made of pure granite and that the names and pictures were cut into the walls. Then I thought of the picture badges we all use and how pictures are now printed right on the card. I bet these pictures and names were printed on the wall somehow. I thought. “

As that thought came to me, the Lord spoke again. “Yes you are partly correct. They were printed on the wall. However, that subject is for another time.

Right now I wanted to confirm to you that what the Holy Spirit has told you to do is proper. Right now I want you to pray silently and ask for revelation to help you understand all that I desire you to understand”.

I did as he commanded. I began to pray. Immediately, I was able to see another me; standing against the wall in front of me about 3 steps. I saw myself praying with my hands placed on the lists. As I viewed this scene everything changed and suddenly I was right there up against the wall and looking at my hands. I could see the backs of my hands clearly. After a long moment I then received a third view, a very majestic view.

As I stood there with my hands on the wall, I saw the wall disappear. A new view came into focus. By now I was in tears. I saw through my tears a beautiful fiery pair of hands outstretched before my eyes. These were very awesome and they were attached to long and graceful arms of fire. On the backs of each fiery hand I saw all the living souls on earth. Half were on the left hand and the remainder on the right hand. I saw each and every person that is alive right now.

I saw them all with eyes that have such love and compassion for each person that I cannot describe it to you. These were not my own eyes. I realized I was seeing the people with the very eyes of the Lord.

I remembered the scriptures that told us how his hands of remembrance are ever before his eyes.

As I was amazed at the wonder and the levels of love I had experienced I remembered how the Messiah has gone and seated himself next to his FATHER to “ever intercede” on behalf of those who are called. Suddenly I was back in the room before Yeshua.

I cried out in sobs and large tears “Your throne OH Lord is your office and you do intercede for us with all of your heart and strength. We should imitate you and hold our families and brethren out before our eyes. Each pastor should be just as fanatical as you are, as they pray and intercede on behalf of the sheep assigned to them”.

As those words left my mouth I immediately thought of how Jeshua had spoken about thrones for those that overcame. How those that were to be awarded special thrones in heaven. Do we really understand thrones from a heavenly perspective?” I thought out loud.

The Lord replied, “There is so much you do not understand. Be at peace.

I have shown you something this day that has impregnated you for future events and times. You and my pastors need to seek my face and I will change the complexion of their ‘ministry’ to reflect me more and more. For now this is enough”.

At those words came into my ears the vision was gone and I was back in my room again, with the Holy Spirit right beside me as usual.

The above is what I am to share with you this day. I will not tell you my brother what to change and what to keep from your ministry work style and habits. The Holy Spirit is quite capable telling you all you need to know.
